- You can pick them up from our headquarters at no additional charge
- We collaborate with a wide range of shipping companies and couriers (you are responsible for the costs)
- We send them to you with your own collaborating company.
- Can I print more than one color?
Yes, it is possible, but this has an additional cost, which we will inform you about after we see your logo. - Can I print, for example, on lighters or pens more than one color or side?
Yes, you can, but it has an additional cost. - Does embroidery have an additional charge?
Yes. Embroidery, because it is priced according to how much thread is used (stitches), has a different cost. In the event that you want embroidery on the product, you should send us your logo so that we can inform you. - Does the embroidery program have an additional charge?
Yes. In this case, we should also first see your logo. - How long does it take for me to receive my products?
The delivery time depends on the product. Each product has its delivery time listed. - How is payment made?
Upon receipt of your order, a deposit of part of the amount of your order is made to our company's account (which we will inform you about immediately). After the deposit of your advance payment is confirmed, we proceed with the execution of your order. The products are shipped after the balance of the amount due has been paid.
